NBG Exhibition Stand Design & Production

NBG Exhibition Stand Design & Production

The Challenge

As one of Greece’s leading financial institutions, the National Bank of Greece participated in the 6th Premium Real Estate Expo 2026, the country’s premier meeting point for real estate professionals, investors, and industry leaders.

The challenge was to design and construct a stand that would go beyond the traditional exhibition booth format and function as a welcoming, multifunctional environment. The space needed to facilitate meetings, provide information, strengthen brand visibility, and create a memorable visitor experience aligned with the bank’s modern identity.

Our Approach

We approached the project as the design of a linear, multi-purpose hospitality space rather than a conventional exhibition stand.

Our goal was to create an environment that could comfortably host visitors, encourage interaction, and communicate the National Bank of Greece’s presence with confidence and clarity.

Drawing inspiration from the bank’s visual identity, we developed a contemporary architectural concept that combined dynamic geometries, clean lines, and a strong brand presence. The design leveraged the flexibility of the NBG visual identity system, allowing us to create a rich spatial experience through a variety of shapes, forms, and branded elements.

The result was a structured yet inviting environment that guided visitors naturally through the stand while supporting different types of engagement.

Spatial Design

The stand was organized into distinct functional zones, carefully integrated into a cohesive linear layout.

Reception Area

At the entrance, a welcoming reception desk acted as the first point of contact, providing information and directing visitors throughout the space.

Hospitality & Meeting Lounges

Two dedicated lounge areas were incorporated into the stand, creating comfortable settings for discussions, networking, and private meetings. The lounges transformed the stand into a genuine hospitality environment, encouraging visitors to spend time engaging with the NBG team.

Open Communication Space

The overall layout promoted visibility and accessibility, ensuring that visitors could easily navigate the stand while maintaining clear sightlines across the entire structure.

Branding & Visual Identity

A key objective was to maximize the impact of the National Bank of Greece brand within the exhibition environment.

Using the bank’s distinctive color palette and visual language, we created a strong and instantly recognizable branded experience. Large-scale graphic applications, architectural branding elements, and carefully integrated visual details reinforced brand presence from every angle.

The combination of bold branding and contemporary design created a stand that was both professional and welcoming, reflecting the trust, stability, and innovation associated with the National Bank of Greece.

Production & Execution

Beyond the design phase, we were responsible for the full production and implementation of the stand.

From construction and material selection to final installation, every element was executed with precision to ensure a seamless visitor experience and a high-quality architectural result.

The final structure balanced functionality, aesthetics, and durability while meeting the demanding requirements of a high-traffic exhibition environment.

The Result

The National Bank of Greece stand successfully transformed a traditional exhibition presence into a dynamic, hospitality-driven experience.

The project delivered:

  • A welcoming and visitor-friendly environment
  • Strong and consistent brand visibility
  • Dedicated spaces for meetings and networking
