The request

PROIBS, a certified medical device product for the treatment of symptoms related to Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), needed to enhance top of mind awareness, boost recommendations and ultimately increase market shares.

The insight

People suffering from IBS experience life a bit differently than most of us. In a sense, it’s their gut that shapes their daily lives, having great control over their decisions. As they don’t know when a new gut attack will hit, how severe it will be, how long it will last, etc., they are in constant fear of their plans falling through… It is very important to them to feel that they can regain the control of their life/lifestyle.

The creative idea

You have a plan? Going to the movies, to a live, maybe? You are ready for a business meeting or presentation? Well… you are up for it, but is your belly up for it too? 

In a clever and light way, we present different people and their upcoming plans; but for their plans to realize, they need the permission of their belly! We give the belly a real “voice” and “face”, we give it a real character and show how it stresses out and eventually stops people from living their life as they like it. 

And how people take control back? With PROIBS, the new daily habit that is here soothe IBS symptoms, keep their belly happy and give them back the control they so much long for.

The campaign

We created four digital videos, featuring 4 different people’s plans their belly refuses to follow through… Fun, humorous and mostly true, the videos bear a unique communication identity, making PROIBS stand out. Along the same lines, and with a strong blue/yellow color coding, we designed our POP materials, web banners and posters.
